IN SEARCH OF THE ROMAN ROAD
THURSDAY 21 SEPTEMBER 2.00-3.00pm

Journey into our ancient past with Dr James Canton, lecturer in Wild Writing at the University of Essex, and author of Out of Essex: Re-imagining a Literary Landscape and Ancient Wonderings.

In this walking tour, he searches for a lost Roman Road, sharing thoughts about Britain’s long-lost landscapes, and the beliefs and cultural practices of those who lived here, thousands of years ago.
